Pick-up and drop-off at hotel entrances or meeting points are within a short walking distance. Confirmation of the exact departure time will be received the evening before the tour.

Important information
- Hotel pickup is between 8:30 and 10:00, depending on the hotel’s proximity to the water park.
- Departure times from the water park to hotels are approximately 16:30 and 18:00.
- Some of the slides have a minimum height requirement.
- What to bring: Sunglasses, Sun hat, Swimwear, Towel, Sunscreen.
- Not suitable for: People with heart problems, People with high blood pressure, People with recent surgeries.
- Not allowed: Food and drinks, Pets (assistance dogs allowed), Alcohol and drugs.
