Meeting and Pickup
Pick-up and drop-off will be at the hotel entrance or a nearby meeting point, within a short walking distance. The exact time and location will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp the day before the tour.

Important Information
- Hotel pickup is between 8:30 and 10:30, depending on the hotel’s proximity to the water park.
- Departure times from the water park to hotels are approximately at 16:30 and 18:00.
- Some slides have a minimum height requirement.
- What to bring: sunglasses, sun hat, swimwear, towel, and sunscreen, money.
- This tour is not suitable for people with heart problems, high blood pressure, or those who have recently undergone surgery.

Excellent day out, well worth the money and a visit. Transportation was well organised and plenty of slides and pools for all ages.
Our guide was extremely helpful giving us good clear instruction where to go and for our transfers to and from the Watercity. Very responsive which we appreciated very much, great service thank you. And the watercity was so fun! Had a great day out

Was awesome. As an improvement, it would be ideal if people didn’t keep water bottles on the sunbeds, there are no water bottles for each person.
